Alexander T. Theocharides, CEO 

With a background in international law and in business strategy, Alexander has built his 20-year-long career essentially on advising business leaders, important families and successful individuals on a wide array of economic and financial matters. The lessons, expertise and knowledge that he developed within organisations as diverse as the World Economic Forum, the Faisal Group (DMI) and ING Bank, drove him to establish AKTS & Partners in 2014. Alexander is passionate about international politics, creating and nurturing business networks, and Manchester United. He is a Cypriot and Swiss national, grew up in the Sudan and lives in Geneva. 

Kifah Salameh, Principal Advisor 

A political scientist and sociologist by training and a portfolio manager by profession, Kifah complements his in-depth understanding of markets with a trained view on geopolitical and macroeconomic developments and hence contributes a uniquely holistic and timely approach to strategic asset management. Before co-founding AKTS & Partners, Kifah’s career was essentially built in the Swiss private banking sector, as an investment advisor and portfolio manager. An accomplished music and movie lover, Kifah is a French national of Lebanese origin and lives in Geneva.  

Valerie Drompt, Coordinator

Valerie has a 30-year career in the Swiss banking industry where she trained in all back and middle office functions and operational aspects of a Swiss financial institution. Having worked both in global banks but also for boutique financial companies, holding several managerial positions, Valerie is an impressive multi-tasker and key member of the AKTS & Partners team. She is also an amateur artist, with a selection of her creations exhibited in our offices. Valerie is a Swiss national, and lives in Geneva.
